We are looking for an energetic and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing dental team in Garland, TX! We provide high-quality general dentistry and orthodontic care to children and adults and are looking for someone with a great attitude who wants to learn, grow, and become a long-term part of our team. Experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply! We are willing to train the right candidate, including in orthodontics, and help you continue developing your skills and career. What We're Looking For Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Great communication skills with children and adults Positive attitude and willingness to learn Available to work every Saturday Orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required- we will train Open Dental experience is a plus Bilingual/Spanish-speaking is a plus Responsibilities Assist doctors with general dentistry procedures Assist with orthodontic procedures and appointments Take radiographs and orthodontic records Set up and break down treatment rooms Obtain patient consents Assist with charting and treatment plans Educate patients and parents on treatment and orthodontic care Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards Monitor dental and orthodontic supplies and assist with ordering Communicate with patients and team members professionally and warmly Participate in shared daily office housekeeping duties Compensation is based on experience, skills, and ability to learn and adapt.
