We are seeking a highly experienced, fast, and confident Dental Assistant to join our established private dental practice in the beautiful West University area of Houston . This position is for a strong clinical Dental Assistant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on dental assisting experience . We are looking for someone who can confidently keep up with a fast-paced doctor, anticipate the needs of the clinical team, stay organized, and maintain an exceptional standard of patient care. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least 4 years of dental assisting experience. The Ideal Candidate The right person for this position is a highly capable Dental Assistant who knows dentistry, moves quickly, and requires minimal direction.

You should:

Have a minimum of 4 years of dental assisting experience Be a fast and efficient clinical assistant Be confident assisting with a variety of general and specialty procedures Be able to anticipate the doctor's needs and stay one step ahead Have excellent knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and clinical procedures Be highly organized and able to maintain an efficient operatory flow Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Be able to multitask without sacrificing attention to detail or patient care Be comfortable learning and working with cloud-based dental software Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience Be professional in appearance, attitude, and demeanor Be dependable, punctual, and consistent Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Be a strong team player who communicates well with both doctors and the front office Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Be committed to the success of the practice and the team What We Are Looking For We are very particular about the people we bring onto our team .
