Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Pay:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour Join Our Growing Team! Aesthetic Dentistry Associates is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team. We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused professional with at least five years of dental assisting experience who is passionate about providing exceptional care and thrives in a collaborative, high-quality dental practice. Our practice offers comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, implant, sedation, and full-mouth cosmetic dentistry. While experience with implant and sedation procedures is highly preferred, we are committed to providing ongoing training and professional development to help our team continue to grow. Schedule Primarily Monday-Thursday Rotating Fridays based on the clinical schedule Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment. Take and process dental radiographs as permitted by certification. Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care. Ensure patient comfort and deliver an exceptional patient experience. Accurately document patient information and assist with clinical workflow. Support the team in maintaining efficient daily operations. QualificationsRequired Minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and/or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification Current BLS/CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of patient care Preferred Experience assisting with implant and sedation procedures Nitrous oxide monitoring certification Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and clinical excellence Why Join Aesthetic Dentistry Associates?
