Your Role Matters As a Registered Dental Assistant, you are the heart of our clinical operations. You will assist in procedures, educate patients, and ensure every individual feels safe, comfortable, and confident throughout their visit.

What You'll Do:

Chairside Excellence:

Assist during clinical procedures with efficiency, attention to detail, and top-tier patient care.

Patient Education:

Guide patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care.

Diagnostics & Lab Work:

Take digital X-rays, intraoral images, impressions, and bite registrations; fabricate temporary crowns; pour models and custom trays.

Clinical Tasks:

Apply topical anesthetics, fluoride, and remove excess cement from restorations and orthodontic bands.

Safety & Operations:

Maintain strict infection control through thorough room disinfection, instrument sterilization, and proactive teamwork.

Qualifications:

Active Texas RDA license with at least 2 years of clinical experience. Current BLS certification. Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment. We Invest in
