Job description: Locally owned office looking for an upbeat RDA. We focus on quality care without any high-pressure sales or corporate micromanaging. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments and materials, ensuring a sterile environment, and providing chairside support. Manage patient records and appointments using EMR systems Open Dental and XDR while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Perform X-rays and assist in dental imaging, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care. Maintain a clean and organized area, handling patient inquiries and coordinating with dental staff. Help check in and out patients Help answer phone when not assisting
