Registered Dental Assistant (Full-Time) Mission, TX 78574 Full-time Full-time Job description: Join our well-rounded and amazing team and be trained at CBCT operation, ITERO scanning, pediatric and adult sedation, OR assisting, pediatric assisting and implant placement assisting. Candidates with at least 1 year experience may apply. Previous experience in assisting both Pediatric and General Dentistry will give you the edge.
Description of responsibilities:
Greet and prepare patients for exams and treatment Chairside assisting in a variety of dental procedures Records patient information including vital signs, medical/dental history, treatment plan Take radiographs, scans and intra-oral pictures Provide pre-operative and post operative instructions and patient education Prepare all treatment rooms including, but not limited to, set-up, decontamination, sterilization of all instruments, cleaning and restocking. Maintain strict compliance to infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPAA Maintain dental supply inventory Perform other related job duties as assigned Required certifications and skills:
  • Valid RDA license
  • Valid X-ray Certificate
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Nitrous Monitoring certification is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Team player
