Job Description
Orthodontic Clinical & Patient Coordinator Wink Orthodontics | Prosper & Colleyville, TX Wink Orthodontics is looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated team member who enjoys both patient care and practice growth. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in both the clinical and administrative sides of an orthodontic practice. We are looking for someone who is willing to travel between our Prosper and Colleyville offices. Full-time is preferred , although part-time may be considered for the right candidate. This is a collaborative role. We already have an experienced team member who performs these responsibilities, and this position is designed to share the workload and responsibilities across both offices. You'll be joining a supportive team where everyone works together to provide an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist chairside during clinical procedures Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays Bonding, wire changes, appliance delivery, and patient education (based on experience) Help maintain an efficient clinical schedule and patient flow Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients Help guide new patient consultations and contribute to treatment starts Assist with front office responsibilities, including answering phones, scheduling, and patient communication Participate in community outreach, referral development, and local marketing initiatives Deliver a five-star experience from the first phone call through the completion of treatment Qualifications Previous orthodontic experience is strongly preferred Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is a major plus Comfortable working both clinical and front office duties Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Willingness to travel between Prosper and Colleyville Why Wink Orthodontics?
