Dental Assistant — Great Attitude Required, Experience Not Required Citra Endodontics is looking for a new dental assistant to join our team in Rosenberg, TX. Dental experience is NOT required. We are happy to train the right person. What we care about most is who you are and how you show up to work. We are looking for someone who is: Positive and genuinely enjoys working with people. Dependable and punctual. Kind, patient, and compassionate. Eager to learn and takes feedback well. Hardworking and willing to jump in wherever needed. Organized and attentive to details. Calm and professional in a busy environment. A true team player — no drama, no "that's not my job" mentality. Someone who takes pride in doing things well. We can teach you dentistry. We can't teach a great attitude, strong work ethic, or kindness. Citra Endodontics is a modern endodontic specialty practice with a strong focus on excellent patient care. Many of our patients come to us nervous or in pain, so we especially value people who are warm, reassuring, and naturally good at making others feel comfortable.
