We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, detail oriented individuals to join our growing team! We are looking for a talented Orthodontic Clinical Assistant for our growing office with locations in Bountiful and Farmington, Utah. Applicants must be willing to commute to both locations. We have openings for full-time positions with hours Monday-Thursday and occasional Fridays.

Responsibilities:

Assist the doctors with patient treatment Ensure our schedule flows well and that patients have a positive experience Ability to quickly learn and navigate orthodontic practice software Document orthodontic records and treatment progress Take patient records including digital photos, x-rays and impressions Maintain proper sterilization protocol You will be working side by side with experienced Clinical Assistants who will train you and bring you up to speed

Qualifications:

Dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks with efficiency, skill and a positive attitude Strong communication skills are required to communicate and address concerns with patients/parents and educate them on proper oral hygiene practices during and after treatment. Prior dental or orthodontic chair-side experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right individual that fits well within our team.
