We believe orthodontics should be a fun and positive experience. Many of our patients are kids and teenagers, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with young people, making them laugh, helping them feel comfortable, and making their visits something they look forward to. Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist with patient care and orthodontic procedures Build relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable Take photos, X-rays, scans, and impressions as needed Prepare and clean treatment areas Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical organization Educate patients on braces, aligners, oral hygiene, and treatment instructions Help keep the office running efficiently while maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right personality and attitude.
