• The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, and help ensure excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for dental work
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment
• Perform lab tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Completion of a dental assistant program or relevant certification
• X-ray certification preferred
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols
• Familiarity with medical coding, HIPAA regulations, and medical records management
• Proficiency in Dentrix or Eaglesoft software is a plus
