Job Description

We are looking for you! Come join our brand new pediatric dental practice and take part in creating something special. We are looking for staff who are interested in helping build a culture that encourages growth and development, rewards hard work, and sees you as an integral part of a team. Job listings will claim that "you will love coming to the office each day," but as a brand new practice you will be able to make this the job you love. We have a vision, and with your help, we can create something unique. Our office is currently under construction on Hull Street with a view of the Swift Creek Reservoir. We are looking for an energetic and highly-motivated dental assistant who is passionate about meeting children on their level to help them enjoy the dental experience and develop healthy oral habits. As a member of our team, there will be great training and opportunities for continuing education. We will constantly strive to improve ourselves and our patient experience together as a team. Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members will be vital to our success to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding their job description and responsibilities. Open door policy. New, creative, and out of the box ideas are encouraged to help grow our vision and improve patient care. Applicants should have a minimum of 1-year dental assisting experience. Should be x-ray certified and CPR certified. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary and willing to learn new procedures and new, innovative ways of doing things. We believe that when you grow, we grow, and we want to be a part of your growth. Prior knowledge of pediatric chairside assisting is a plus, but not required as the team will be receiving training prior to opening. While you will start off as a part time employee, as we grow, you will quickly become full time, working 32+ hours. If you want to feel challenged and inspired at work, want the perfect opportunity for professional development and want to be a member of an amazing team; please send a resume with a cover letter telling us how you can be an asset to our practice, our patients and our team. This is an exciting time and we are looking for someone who truly wants to be part of something special! Please send your cover letter and resume to: Dr. Preston Stewart
