Pay is negotiable and based on experience Why You'll Love Working With Us Supportive, family-friendly work environment A motivated team that values your skills and contributions Focus on patient comfort and exceptional care Modern office with state-of-the-art technology Opportunities for growth as our practice expands What You'll Do Prepare patients and treatment rooms for procedures, including seating patients and reviewing medical/dental history Provide four-handed chairside assistance to the dentist during exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, and other procedures Take, develop, and mount X-rays; capture intraoral photos and digital scans Take impressions, and pour, trim, and finish study models Mix and prepare dental materials (impression material, cement, bonding agents, etc.) Place and remove dental dams, retraction cord, and other isolation materials Suction and maintain a clear field during procedures Apply topical anesthetics, fluoride treatments, and sealants under dentist supervision (where permitted by state regulations) Take and record patient vitals as needed Sterilize and maintain instruments, and monitor sterilization logs for compliance Maintain, order, and stock dental supplies and inventory Process and submit lab cases, and track case turnaround Chart procedures and update patient records accurately in real time Educate patients on post-treatment care, oral hygiene, and home care instructions Support scheduling, patient flow, and front-desk tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly What We're Looking For Certified/registered Dental Assistant (or state-required credential) with proven experience Strong knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards Excellent communication and rapport-building skills Detail-oriented, compassionate, and professional demeanor Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Perks & Benefits Competitive compensation (pay rate based on experience and negotiable) Growth and professional development opportunities A practice that truly values work-life balance If you have a steady hand, a compassionate approach, and a passion for helping patients achieve their best smiles, we'd love to hear from you.
