Job Description

Commonwealth Endodontics is looking for dependable, adaptable Dental Assistants who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care. We are seeking motivated individuals with prior chairside dental assisting experience, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. While endodontic experience is not required, we are willing to train the right candidate in our specialty. As a busy, growing, doctor-owned and operated, multi-office endodontic practice, Commonwealth Endodontics offers the opportunity to build specialized clinical skills while working alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Working alongside our doctors, you'll expand your clinical knowledge while helping patients through some of their most urgent dental needs.

Full-Time; 4x10s
Days:
4 week days (day off varies by location)
Hours:
6:45 AM - 5:15
PM Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with endodontic procedures, including endodontic microsurgery, IV conscious sedation, and general anesthesia sedation Setting up and breaking down operatories Preparing patients for treatment Sterilization duties End-of-day responsibilities Maintaining HIPAA and OSHA compliance Supporting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staff
Position Requirements:
Current Radiology Certification (required) Current BLS/CPR Certification (required) Four-handed dental assisting experience (required) Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members (required) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail (required) Knowledge of endodontic procedures (preferred) Ability to operate all basic office equipment (required) Ability to read and write proficiently (required) Manual dexterity for data entry (required) Ability to lift at least 20 pounds (required)

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
