Founded by Dr. Russell Mosher and now led by his son, Dr. Tad Mosher, our office offers general, cosmetic, restorative, pediatric, and family dentistry. We are a patient-centered practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment. Our team values compassion, honest communication, teamwork, and efficiency, and we are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who shares our commitment to excellent patient care. Position Overview The Dental Assistant will play a key role in supporting Dr. Mosher and our hygienists while ensuring every patient has a comfortable and positive experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable, with prior chairside assisting experience in a fast-paced dental office. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following proper protocols Assist the dentist during procedures by providing instruments and materials Take and process digital X-rays Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Maintain accurate patient records and charting Manage infection control and sterilization procedures Provide pre
