•Job description: We are seeking an organized, proactive Dental Clinical Coordinator to lead our clinical team and keep our fast-paced general dentistry practice running smoothly. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical excellence and seamless daily operations, ensuring our clinical team excels and our patients receive top-tier care.
Competitive Pay:
Starting at $24.00/hour (negotiable based on experience).

Key Responsibilities Process Improvement:
Take the initiative to re-design, introduce, and implement updated clinical protocols.
Workspace Optimization:
Standardize, declutter, and maintain maximum organization throughout all clinical areas.
Clinical Leadership:
Oversee dental assistants & coordinate daily schedules
Patient Flow Management:
Maximize operatory efficiency & minimize patient wait times
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and sterilization protocols.
Inventory Control:
Monitor, order, and organize dental supplies while staying within the clinic budget Duties Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly according to infection control protocols. Assist dentists during various procedures Take high-quality dental x-rays and operate medical imaging equipment such as 3D scanners while adhering to safety standards and patient comfort. Manage patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems like Dentrix, to ensure accurate documentation of treatment plans and medical histories. Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, managing patient anxiety, taking vital signs, and ensuring their comfort throughout visits. Follow strict clinical confidentiality policies while handling sensitive medical documentation and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications Proactive Mindset:
Demonstrated ability to independently identify operational gaps and execute solutions.
Organization Skills:
Exceptional talent for creating orderly systems in high-traffic clinical environments.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical dental assisting experience required.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to coach team members, resolve conflicts, and manage daily workflows.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of general dentistry procedures, instruments, and
