Junior Smiles of Stafford is seeking an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Pediatric Dental Chairside/Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for a team player who loves working with children, values exceptional patient care, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience Pediatric dental experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with children and parents Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and dependable attendance Radiology certification (required per state regulations)

Responsibilities:

Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control standards Take digital radiographs Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical records Ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience

Bonus Qualifications:

Oral surgery experience is a plus Experience with nitrous oxide monitoring Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software
