As a Dental Operations Assistant on our team you will have the following responsibilities: Provide excellent patient service, and address any inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Accurately document existing conditions and new treatment Sterilize and flip rooms between patients Assist Doctor with dental procedures when needed Manage patient flow to optimize scheduling and reduce wait times Maintain strict infection control procedures Answering phones to schedule appointments to ensure a full schedule Take payments and answer patient questions and concerns Teamwork, multi-tasking, and problem solving abilities Other responsibilities assigned by the doctor Our ideal candidate will: Have a passion for dentistry and provide excellent customer service in a personable, positive manner 2+ years of Dental Front Desk experience (Preferred) 1+ years of Dental Assistant experience ( Required ) High School Diploma or Equivalent ( Required ) Willingness to learn new things and be a work well on a team Oryx experience is a big plus! Our Hours:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 7:15 am - 5:00 pm In addition to a competitive pay starting at $24/hour ( based on experience), we are also offering the following benefits : Dental Employee Discount Vacation Paid Holidays Bonuses!
