Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Dental Assistant with a strong background in oral surgery and implant dentistry to join our exceptional clinical team. This position is ideal for a confident surgical assistant who is experienced with dental implants, All-on-X/full-arch cases, surgical extractions, bone grafting, and advanced surgical procedures . Our ideal candidate understands workflow, anticipates the doctor's needs, and takes pride in maintaining an exceptionally organized and efficient clinical environment. What We're Looking For Proven experience in oral surgery and implant dentistry Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation, sterilization, and infection-control protocols Ability to anticipate the doctor's needs and confidently assist through complex procedures Exceptional attention to detail and clinical organization Calm, professional, and confident demeanor in a surgical environment Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient care Dependable, accountable, and highly team-oriented Key Responsibilities Competently assist the doctor during a full spectrum of dental procedures (including, but not limited to, implant placement, All-on-X, extractions, grafting, etc.) Prepare operatories, instruments, materials, and procedure-specific setups Maintain surgical protocols, sterilization, and infection control Support patients before, during, and after treatment, including postoperative instructions Maintain efficient room turnover and clinical readiness Anticipate clinical needs and contribute to a seamless surgical workflow Requirements WA RDA License CRP/BBP Certification What We Offer A collaborative team that values integrity, comunication, positivity, growth, and excellence Competitive compensation and bonus structure!
