Responsibilities Greet and support patients before, during, and after their appointment Take and process dental radiographs, impressions, and intraoral photos Prepare and sterilize the treatment room and equipment Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic and pediatric dentistry procedures Assist the orthodontist and pediatric dentist in assessing patients and implementing treatment plans Perform routine orthodontic duties, including adjusting orthodontic gear Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with valid registration 6+ months of experience as an orthodontic assistant CPR or BLS certification Proficiency fitting bands and brackets, tying arch wires, and taking impressions Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology What We Offer Competitive compensation Modern facilities and advanced technology Mentorship and career growth opportunities A diverse patient base and meaningful clinical work
