Lead Dental Assistant We are hiring an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our dental team! We are looking for a confident, organized, and experienced dental assistant who can take a leadership role in our clinical operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of dental assisting experience , excellent chairside skills, strong knowledge of dental office workflow, and the ability to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications 5+ years of dental assisting experience required Strong chairside assisting skills Experience with Dentrix Knowledge of treatment planning and treatment coordination Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong understanding of chairside flow and patient flow management Experience with dental supply and inventory/stock management Ability to anticipate the doctor's needs and stay one step ahead Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to train, support, and work collaboratively with other dental assistants Front desk experience or knowledge is a plus Knowledge of dental insurance and insurance benefits is preferred Professional, dependable, positive, and team-oriented Responsibilities Provide excellent chairside assistance to the doctor Ensure smooth and efficient clinical flow throughout the day Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Assist with treatment planning and patient coordination Help manage the daily schedule and minimize delays Monitor dental supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels Place and organize supply orders as needed Support and mentor other dental assistants Maintain accurate clinical records in Dentrix Communicate effectively with the front desk and clinical team Help coordinate treatment and patient needs between the front and back office Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Help identify opportunities to improve office workflow and efficiency The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can lead by example and understands that excellent dental assisting involves more than just chairside duties. Pay:
$27.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
