Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated lead dental assistant to oversee our clinical operations and ensure the highest level of patient care in our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental assisting, along with excellent leadership skills to guide and mentor our clinical team. This role is pivotal in maintaining a smooth workflow, enhancing patient experiences, and supporting the overall mission of our practice. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assisting with restorative, surgical and Implant procedures Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for daily operations. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care. Proven experience in dental assisting, making temporary crowns, packing cords, digital impressions using trios Familiarity with dental documentation processes and electronic health record systems such as Open Dental is preferred. Proficiency in aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
