Our client is looking for a warm, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join their close-knit team. In this role, you will be the comforting presence that turns a routine dental visit into a fun adventure for young patients, working closely with the clinical team to deliver top-notch care in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

Welcome children and their families with an energetic, friendly smile, helping them feel relaxed and at home from the moment they walk in. Assist the doctors chairside during pediatric dental procedures with patience, empathy, and expertise. Take digital radiographs and help manage patient flow smoothly throughout the day. Explain procedures to kids and parents in clear, kid-friendly terms to alleviate dental anxiety. Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols. Support a collaborative, team-oriented office culture where everyone pitches in to help.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous dental assisting experience is preferred; background or a strong passion for working with children and/or special needs patients is a huge plus!

Personality:

Upbeat, patient, gentle, and community-minded. You understand that a little extra patience goes a long way with a child.
