RS Orthodontics | Eastern Panhandle, WV (Martinsburg / Charles Town) | On-site | $14
- 20_/hr (entry-level — we train) Want to work in healthcare and be hands-on with patients every day?
You don't need orthodontic experience — you need the right attitude. We'll teach you the clinical skills. You bring the drive, the care, and the follow-through.
This is a chairside role:
you work right alongside the doctor, helping patients through their treatment. It moves fast, it's up close and personal, and it matters — every patient who walks out smiling is partly your work. This is not a sit-back-and-watch job. If you like to stay busy, take direction well, and take pride in doing things right, you'll fit here. How we work at
RS Orthodontics:
Our patients experience something special — and everyone on the team makes that happen. We move fast and we care deeply: warm and genuine with every patient, careful and precise in everything clinical. We're kind, not nice — we give clear, direct feedback and we don't take it personally, because doing it right matters more than being comfortable. We follow through and we don't let things slip, and from the moment we walk in, we're "on stage" for the people who trust us with their smiles. If you take pride in doing things well and making someone's day better, you'll fit right in. What you'll do (we train you on all of it):
- Work chairside with the doctor — get rooms and patients ready, and assist during treatment
- Keep the day moving: turn rooms over quickly and help keep patients on schedule
- Take direction precisely and carry it out carefully, every time
- Help create the patient experience — make everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for
- Keep your area clean, stocked, and ready to go You'll thrive here if you are:
- Reliable and accountable — you see what needs doing and you do it, and you follow through
- Comfortable working hands-on and up close with people (you're not squeamish about working in someone's mouth)
- Careful and quality-focused — when you're shown how, you do it exactly that way
- Quick on your feet, with a real sense of urgency — you don't let things sit
- Warm and genuine with patients — you like people, and it shows
- Coachable — you take direct feedback as a normal part of getting better, not as a personal attack No experience needed — these backgrounds translate well: If you've worked as a veterinary tech or assistant, in caregiving or as a CNA, in hospitality, or in hands-on retail or customer service, you already know how to stay calm, move fast, follow a process, and take care of people.
That's exactly what we'll build on.
