About the role
Overview
We are looking for a friendly, compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing pediatric dental team in Montgomery, Alabama. If you enjoy working with children and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities
Provide preventive dental hygiene services for pediatric patients.
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, fluoride treatments, and patient education.
Take digital radiographs as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Partner with doctors and the clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
Requirements
Active Dental Hygienist license in the State of Alabama.
Previous pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
Must enjoy working with children and families.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Must possess an Active Dental Hygienist license.
Pediatric experience preferred is highly preferred.
Schedule
Full-time
Approximately 30-40 hours per week
Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Average patient schedule allows one hour per patient, though there may be times when two patients are seen within an hour depending on the schedule.
30-minute lunch break
