Our practice utilizes an assisted, double-column hygiene model , so the ideal candidate should have previous experience managing a busy hygiene schedule while maintaining excellent clinical standards and a positive patient experience. Our hygienists are supported by dedicated hygiene assistants who help with X-rays, patient flow, room turnover, sterilization, and other clinical support functions. This allows the hygienist to focus on providing treatment, educating patients, completing periodontal care, and building relationships.
The ideal candidate will have:
