What We Offer Competitive compensation package Supportive work environment with modern facilities and advanced technology Opportunities for mentorship and career growth A diverse patient population and rewarding clinical experiences Pay is $20.00 and up based on experience Responsibilities Patient Interaction Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile Communicate clearly and openly with patients about treatment options and related costs; handle objections to proposed treatment Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment Administrative & Financial Use multiple computer programs to manage data and treatment plan tasks related to patient information Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates to facilitate financial arrangements, when applicable Handle all treatment paperwork, including consent forms, insurance forms, and exit paperwork Compliance Maintain strict compliance with state, federal, and other regulations (OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook) Requirements 1+ years of practical experience, including dental front desk experience and dental insurance verification experience Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Desire and ability to learn new skills; strong team player Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and desire for professional growth Organized, with solid knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
