Our Office is open M/T/Th 9AM-6PM. Hygiene working days will be T&Th only 9AM-6PM. Applicant must possess a Registered Dental Hygienist. Two years' experience in a clinical setting with knowledge of Dental Software ( preferred) Provides dental hygiene procedures such as scaling and root planing, prophy, fluoride application, sealants and oral hygiene instruction Provides dental hygiene services with age-appropriate techniques and considerations Sterilize dental instruments properly & take x-rays in a timely manner Maintains oral hygiene recall system. Reviews patient's health history and documents any changes to patient's history (medication, allergies, etc.) Reviews health history and alerts dentist of changes Take blood pressure. Make referrals to the physician as appropriate. Provides individual oral hygiene instruction on an on-going basis with emphasis on specific needs of the patient. Maintain documentation and charts on each patient Monitor supplies own supplies Help others when needed
