What we expect from you - we are looking for a reliable professional with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to facilitate care and treatment for our busy office. A positive attitude is a must and you will responsible for presenting financial arrangements for treatment and collecting patient portions due at each visit. Dental phone skills and treatment scheduling skills are necessary, as well as a minimum of 1 year of dental experience. Dentrix experience is preferred. Proven ability to maintain full schedules and exceed daily production goals is necessary. Responsibilities Present patients with FAs after Doctor/RDH presents treatment at the appointment Collect and post patient payments and reschedule multiple future appointments Facilitate same-day treatment Support the dentist[s] and hygienist[s] with patient care Exceed daily production goals for each hygienist and/or dentist through scheduling Verify insurance benefits Excellent phone skills and scheduling new patients Qualifications Experience with patient ledgers and Dentrix Experience working in accordance with HIPAA and other medical privacy laws Professional and positive when interacting with patients and team Personal accountability and attention to detail required Ability to multitask and make informed decisions accurately and quickly Experience working in a high-volume dental office and delivering exceptional care preferred Dental knowledge of terms, procedures and protocols

$47,800.00 - $60,000.00 per year
