Responsibilities:
Customary chair-side hygiene procedures; scaling and root planning, fluoride treatments, sealants, anesthesia deliver, and charting in Dentrix Knowledge of hygiene protocol and products Provide instruction to patients about their oral health Committed to exceeding daily production goals & living out our vision and mission Committed to coaching up and training the RDH team to be the best they can be Ensuring your team follows protocols and deliver excellence in care
Qualifications:
Licensed in the state of CA required 5 years minimum dental hygiene experience, plus leadership experience would be preferred Dentrix experience preferred Committed to the protection of HIPAA Professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients Personal accountability, ethical, and high level of attention to detail required Ability to multitask and make informed decisions accurately and quickly Experience working in a high-volume dental office & delivering exceptional care Strict adherence to sanitation requirements for tools and procedures Positive attitude, humble, accountable and teachable Ability to deliver optimal patient care while also meeting production goals, both individually and for the entire hygiene department Associates and/or BA degree preferred
