Alan R. Stein, DDS — a Clove Dental practice in Northridge — is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. You'll work in a well-established, patient-focused office in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, backed by the clinical support, technology, and growth opportunities of the Clove Dental network.

Schedule

Monday:

8:30 to 5:30

Tuesday:

8:30 to 5:30

Wednesday:

9:00 to 6:00

Thursday:

8:30 to 5:30

Additional hours may be available across the Clove Dental network for candidates interested in a fuller schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay:

Starting at $65/hour, with the potential for a higher rate depending on experience and schedule flexibility

Monthly Performance Bonuses:

Opportunity to earn additional compensation each month

Whitening:

$50/treatment

Irrigation:

$5/quadrant

Laser:

$30/quadrant

Continuing Education:

50% reimbursement for approved clinical CE courses through our Hygiene Track program

Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

Take and review low-dose digital X-rays

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Follow infection control and safety protocols

Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment

Requirements

Active California Registered Dental Hygienist license

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Dependable and professional

Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment

Local to or able to reliably commute to the Northridge office
