Pay:
Starting at $65/hour — higher rates available based on experience, availability, and flexibility across locations.
Clove Dental is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team across our Ventura County offices.
Schedule & Locations
Monday-Tuesday:
Riverpark - Oxnard
Thursday:
Camarillo
Saturdays:
Camarillo
1st & 3rd
Saturdays:
Thousand Oaks
Additional hours may be available across our network for candidates interested in a fuller schedule.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay:
Starting at $65/hour, with the potential for a higher rate depending on experience and schedule flexibility
Monthly Performance Bonuses:
Opportunity to earn additional compensation each month
Procedure Bonuses:
Arestin:
$10/site
Whitening:
$50/treatment
Irrigation:
$5/quadrant
Laser:
$30/quadrant
Continuing Education:
50% reimbursement for approved clinical CE courses through our Hygiene Track program
Clove Care:
Complimentary in-house dental membership valued at nearly $500 annually, including up to 3 cleanings, exams, and 10% off treatment
Paid Time Off:
Up to 5 days of PTO annually for eligible full-time employees

Mentorship & Growth:
Work alongside experienced hygienists and dentists who support your clinical development
Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Take and review digital X-rays
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment
Requirements
Active California Registered Dental Hygienist license
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Dependable and professional
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment
Willing to travel between Oxnard, Camarillo, Ventura, and Thousand Oaks
