Privately owned and doctor-led practices Supportive doctors and clinical leadership Modern dental technology Digital X-rays and intraoral imaging Digital scanning Laser dentistry Strong periodontal and preventive care focus Continuing education and professional development Collaborative doctor, hygiene, and assistant teams What You'll Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care in accordance with California Dental Board requirements Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other procedures within the RDH scope of practice Assess and document patients' periodontal and oral health conditions Complete accurate periodontal charting and clinical documentation Collaborate with the Dentist to develop appropriate periodontal treatment recommendations Educate patients about periodontal disease, oral hygiene, prevention, and long-term maintenance Build trust with patients through clear, compassionate communication Utilize available technology to educate patients and support clinical recommendations Work collaboratively with the clinical and front-office teams to maintain an efficient schedule and exceptional patient experience Maintain clinical areas, instruments, and equipment according to required standards What You'll Bring Current California Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing Strong periodontal assessment and clinical skills Excellent communication and patient-education skills A passion for preventive care and periodontal health Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients Strong attention to detail and clinical documentation Team-first attitude and willingness to collaborate Experience with dental practice management software and digital dentistry Laser certification and experience is a plus Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their patients, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team.
