Position Overview The Registered Dental Hygienist plays a vital role in patient care by providing preventative services, educating patients, and supporting overall oral health. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling and root planing) Conduct periodontal charting and assessments Take digital X-rays Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Administer local anesthesia (if licensed) Maintain accurate and thorough clinical notes Follow infection control and safety protocols Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR certification Local anesthesia certification (if applicable) Strong communication and patient care skills Gentle, friendly, and professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with Open Dental or similar software is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Bonus opportunities (production or performance-based)
