With modern technology and a strong moral foundation, we provide high-quality dentistry without over-treatment. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative team. Schedule Full-time (4 days per week)
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:
7:00 AM•5:00 PM (lunch 12:00 PM•1:00 PM)
Friday:
7:00 AM•3:00 PM (no lunch) Duties & Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing Conduct periodontal assessments and charting Take and interpret dental radiographs Administer preventive treatments such as fluoride and sealants Identify signs of oral disease and communicate findings to the doctor Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Discuss and reinforce treatment plans Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient patient flow Requirements Active Dental Hygienist license in Colorado (required) Current CPR/BLS certification Ability to administer local anesthesia Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a patient-centered approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team New graduates are welcome to apply Experience and familiarity with Curve software is a plus Pay & Compensation $63 to $65 per hour (based on experience) Health insurance Dental benefits Retirement plan PTO and sick pay Supportive and collaborative work environment where your personality can shine If you're looking to join a practice that values quality care, strong patient relationships, and a positive team culture, we would love to hear from you.
