We are a locally owned, non-corporate private practice with a strong emphasis on high-quality, comprehensive care and patient satisfaction. Preventive care and patient education are central to our practice philosophy. We are looking for a hygienist who understands the different stages of periodontal disease and can comfortably discuss periodontal conditions and treatment recommendations with patients. Our hygienists are expected to provide thorough clinical care, maintain accurate charting and documentation, take high-quality radiographs and intraoral images, and communicate important findings clearly with both patients and doctors. Our ideal candidate is personable, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and hardworking. We maintain high expectations for our hygiene team, but we also offer a supportive, team-oriented culture where employees are valued and excellent patient care remains our shared priority. This position is ideally four days per week, although we are also open to part-time availability. Compensation is $50-$60 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission.
