We're looking for a compassionate, skilled Dental Hygienist who is passionate about providing exceptional care and creating healthy, confident smiles in a welcoming, team-oriented practice. What you'll do: Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments. Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment recommendations to support lifelong dental wellness. Review medical histories, take diagnostic radiographs, and accurately document patient records. Partner closely with our doctors and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care and treatment outcomes. Create a comfortable, positive patient experience by building trust, communicating effectively, and ensuring every visit is welcoming and personalized. What we're looking for: Current DC licensed Dental Hygienist with a commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate and build lasting relationships with patients. A positive, dependable team player who is professional, compassionate, and eager to contribute to a collaborative office culture. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control protocols.
