THURSDAYS.
We are a family-oriented practice that provides a caring environment for dental and orthodontic patients. We treat all family members including adults and children. Our hygienist should be fluent in English and Spanish. Our ideal candidate is friendly and helpful, has excellent communication skills, and is very dependable. - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Take dental x-rays and conduct oral cancer screenings with visual exams
- Assess patients' oral health and provide oral hygiene instructions
- Administer local anesthesia for scaling and root planings, if you have the anesthesia certification
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Educate patients on proper oral care techniques and preventive measures
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
Experience:
- Preferably 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Current CPR certification
Pay:
From $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 7.5- 8.
