WHAT WILL YOU GET PAID?

Hygiene salary $43 per hour. Receive a $12 bonus on: Fluoride, Per Quad 4-8 SRP, FMD, 4346 (We are not a pushy sales office but you do deserve to be compensated for working harder.) One pt per hour. 7 patients per day. 10 minute cushion between patients. Holiday pay Awesome birthday and staff lunches. 401k with 3% match after working one year

PAID VACATION!

We shift days around for holidays to give us longer weekends. For example if the 4th of July falls on a Tuesday. We will observe Monday/ pay and work Tuesday. This gives us more time with family and longer weekends. Generous Christmas bonus. Paid professional development.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Establishing a genuine rapport with patients, providing thorough, gentle and high quality care. One patient per hour with a 10 minute "cushion" between patients and an hour lunch. NP are seen by doc first with exam and FMX taken then. Working out of a open ended, spacious OP with custom shaker cabinetry. When able, staff helps break down rooms and processes instruments on full days of hygiene. Spending quality time with patients instead of meeting sales quotas.
