Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $38-$42/hour (based on experience and fit) Opportunity for regular performance and compensation growth 401k with employer match Monthly health insurance stipend Vision insurance Generous PTO + six paid holidays Paid continuing education and license renewals Parental leave and short term disability insurance Dental care benefits for you and your immediate family Your Role As a Dental Hygienist at Cottage Grove Dental Care, you will: Provide thorough hygiene care including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatment Educate patients with confidence and clarity to support long term oral health Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver comprehensive care Help create an exceptional patient experience built on trust and consistency Who You Are Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) Passionate about patient education and clinical excellence Team oriented with strong communication skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable working within structured systems Growth minded and motivated to continually improve Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Curve, etc.) is a plus but not required.
