In this energetic and rewarding position, you will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, educate patients on maintaining healthy smiles, and support the overall efficiency of our dental practice. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment that encourages patient trust and satisfaction. Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup Conduct patient assessments by evaluating oral health status Take and develop medical imaging such as X-rays while adhering to infection control protocols Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Review medical records and documentation for accuracy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff Administering local anesthetic Skills Proficiency in dental software systems such as Curve for scheduling, documentation, and record management Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and general dentistry procedures Ability to accurately perform medical coding and review documentation for billing purposes Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient needs Join us to make a difference in patients' lives through exceptional dental care!
