Traveling Dental Hygienist Heartland Dental Primary Location:
Briarwood Park Dental Care 95 S Waukegan Road, Deerfield, IL 60015 As a Traveling Dental Hygienist , you'll support our exceptional dental teams throughout Illinois, with opportunities to work in locations including Deerfield, Schaumburg, Westmont, and Countryside . This role is perfect for hygienists seeking the stability and benefits of full-time employment while enjoying the flexibility to create a schedule that fits their lifestyle. You'll have the ability to build your schedule a month or more in advance , choose from a variety of shifts, and even work half days when preferred
  • giving you greater control over your work-life balance. Schedule Monday 7:30am-5:00pm (Briarwood Park Dental Care) Tuesday
  • travel team (your choise on location/hours) Wednesday 7:30am-6:00pm (Briarwood Park Dental Care) Thursday

57/mile rate)! Work with supportive Heartland Dental teams and gain exposure to multiple practice environments using the same equipment and tech systems! Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) Local Anesthesia and Nitrous certification Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience New graduates and experienced hygienists welcome! Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
