POSITION SUMMARY
As a Dental Hygienist, you are central to the patient experience and long-term oral health outcomes. You'll deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care, educate patients with clarity and confidence, and work in close alignment with the dentist and clinical team. This role is ideal for a hygienist who takes pride in their craft, communicates well, and wants to practice in an environment that feels elevated, organized, and professional, with the latest technology available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver thorough, high-quality hygiene care including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing Complete comprehensive patient assessments including medical history, vitals, and periodontal charting Educate patients in a way that is calm, clear, and confidence-building Maintain impeccable infection control and operatory standards Collaborate with the dentist on patient care plans and next steps Document treatment accurately and promptly using dental software Maintain steady appointment flow without sacrificing quality Participate in continuing education and team development
QUALIFICATIONS
Active Illinois Dental Hygienist license (Those in School, We Want to Connect With You) Strong clinical skills and polished chair side presence Clear communicator who patients trust and feel comfortable with Organized, reliable, and comfortable working within structured systems Team-minded with a high standard for professionalism
