We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is passionate about preventative care, patient education, and building lasting relationships with patients. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing Conduct periodontal charting and thorough patient assessments Take and review digital radiographs (X-rays) Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventative treatments Identify and communicate areas of concern to the doctor Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols Create a comfortable and positive experience for patients Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Active Dental Hygienist license in the applicable state required Current CPR/BLS certification required Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient education abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience 3500 Dollar Sign-on Bonus Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical and vision insurance options 401(k) with employer matching Professional development and growth opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern technology and well-equipped operatories About Lifetime Dental Care We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. Pay:
$38.00 - $48.00 per hour
