Healthcare Administrative Coordinator Prospectively Healthy | Hays, Kansas Prospectively Healthy is looking for an exceptionally organized, dependable, and adaptable Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to become a key member of our administrative team. This is a diverse role for someone who enjoys having their hands in a little bit of everything. You'll work closely with clinic leadership and support several areas of the practice, including healthcare credentialing, clinic operations, reporting, patient communication, marketing, and special projects. We aren't looking for someone who needs every day to look exactly the same. Hays, Kansas — fully in-person; this is not a remote position
Starting Pay:
$15-$17/hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do Your responsibilities will span several areas of the practice and may include: Supporting healthcare provider credentialing and enrollment Following up on credentialing applications and outstanding items Tracking licenses, expirations, deadlines, and required documentation Maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, electronic files, and internal systems Running routine administrative and operational reports Completing administrative audits and quality-control projects Assisting with patient recalls, follow-up calls, scheduling needs, and other patient communication Preparing documents, correspondence, forms, and educational materials Supporting clinic leadership with projects and day-to-day administrative needs Assisting with newsletters, social media, community events, marketing materials, and basic content coordination Helping maintain organized workflows across the clinic Communicating with healthcare providers, staff, patients, insurance representatives, and outside organizations Cross-training in multiple administrative areas so you can step in where needed Identifying unfinished tasks, determining the appropriate next step, and following projects through to completion Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Like spreadsheets, lists, systems, and deadlines Can comfortably manage several projects at once Don't need constant supervision to remain productive Communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person Are comfortable learning new technology and software Can follow established processes while also recognizing when something doesn't make sense Take ownership of mistakes and help find solutions Understand the importance of confidentiality in healthcare Can change priorities when the needs of the clinic change Are comfortable asking questions—but also willing to independently find answers Enjoy being the person others can rely on to get things done Healthcare administration, credentialing, medical-office, billing, marketing, or similar experience is helpful, but not required. Organization, initiative, reliability, and the ability to learn are more important to us than having the perfect resume.
