About Oak Grove Dental Co. Oak Grove Dental Co. is a privately-owned dental practice in Mt. Washington looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist who wants a great schedule, a supportive clinical team, and the opportunity to be rewarded for a productive day without sacrificing quality patient care. Why this Position is Different $45/hour guaranteed base pay Daily productivity bonus with earning potential up to approximately $59/hour Monday-Thursday schedule No Fridays or weekends Approximately 32-34 hours per week Hygiene assistant support Modern, growing locally owned practice PTO and retirement benefits 401(k) with employer match Opportunity to grow with the practice Responsibilities Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care Complete periodontal charting and clinical documentation Review radiographs and patient health histories Educate patients about periodontal and preventive care Build long-term relationships with patients Provide fluoride treatments and other preventive services as appropriate Follow all OSHA, HIPPA, infection control, and office protocols Work collaboratively with dentists, dental assistants, and the entire office team Qualifications Current Dental Hygiene license in the state of Kentucky Current CPR certification and Hepatitis B vaccine Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program Strong clinical and communication skills Professional, dependable, and compassionate Ability to work effectively as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to help Commitment to providing exceptional patient care What We Are Looking For We want someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in their work.
