We offer flexible scheduling (2-4 days per week), no weekends, and the ability to choose your own days and hours. We also built our hygiene schedule around 60-minute prophy appointments, giving you the time and support to build confidence and provide thorough, unrushed patient care without feeling rushed early in your career. Our experienced doctors and team take mentorship seriously. You'll have on-site endodontic and periodontal specialists to learn from, a fully digital chartless system, and modern equipment throughout, including CEREC same-day crowns, CBCT and digital sensors, intraoral cameras, and Cavitrons in every operatory — great tools to help you develop strong clinical skills. We're looking for a hygienist — new grad or experienced — who values quality patient care and wants to grow in a collaborative, well-equipped, and supportive environment.

New Graduates Awaiting Licensure:

Still waiting on your license? You're welcome to come in and train with our team while you wait — and you'll be paid for your time. This is a great way to get comfortable in our office, learn our systems, and start building clinical confidence before you're fully licensed.

Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings and preventive care, including 60-minute prophy appointments Take and review digital x-rays and CBCT imaging as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans Collaborate with dentists, endodontist, and periodontist on patient care Maintain accurate digital patient records

Qualifications:
