We offer flexible scheduling (2-4 days per week), no weekends, and the ability to choose your own days and hours. We also built our hygiene schedule around 60-minute prophy appointments, giving you the time and support to build confidence and provide thorough, unrushed patient care without feeling rushed early in your career. Our experienced doctors and team take mentorship seriously. You'll have on-site endodontic and periodontal specialists to learn from, a fully digital chartless system, and modern equipment throughout, including CEREC same-day crowns, CBCT and digital sensors, intraoral cameras, and Cavitrons in every operatory — great tools to help you develop strong clinical skills. We're looking for a hygienist — new grad or experienced — who values quality patient care and wants to grow in a collaborative, well-equipped, and supportive environment.
