We want a hygienist who takes pride in providing thorough, individualized care, educating patients about their oral health, and helping patients understand the conditions affecting their teeth and gums. The ideal candidate will be comfortable administering local anesthesia and actively participating in co-diagnosis by gathering clinical information, identifying areas of concern, and communicating findings clearly with both the patient and doctors. What You'll Do Perform thorough prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance procedures Perform scaling and root planing Administer local anesthesia when clinically appropriate Take diagnostic radiographs, including panoramic X-rays Capture intraoral photographs and other clinical records Evaluate patients' periodontal and overall oral health Educate patients about existing conditions and recommended treatment Assist the doctors with co-diagnosis by identifying and communicating clinical findings Help patients understand the importance of preventive, restorative, periodontal, implant, and orthodontic care Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment Help create an exceptional experience for every patient Who We're Looking For We are looking for a hygienist who is motivated to continually improve, takes pride in delivering high-quality care, and genuinely enjoys connecting with patients.
