Duties Safely operate your personal vehicle and follow company policies and road safety practices. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines. Load, unload, and secure merchandise. Engage with customers professionally to confirm deliveries, answer questions, and build lasting relationships. Scan and organize routes prior to departure Bring returns back to warehouse within 24-48 hours. This includes undeliverable packages with unverifiable and wrong addresses. Requirements Valid driver's license; experience in spark, door dash and Amazon flex deliveries are preferred. Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely following proper lifting practices. Basic math skills for pricing calculations, inventory counts, and route planning. Previous retail store experience or merchandising background is a plus for understanding product placement and presentation. Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Organizational skills to manage schedules efficiently and handle multiple deliveries seamlessly. Military experience involving logistics or transportation is considered an asset.
