Licensed Massachusetts Dental Hygienist:

Our dental office, located on 2.5 acres, is currently looking for full time hygienist Monday 7-3, Tuesday 9-5, Wednesday 7-3, and Thursday 9-5. We start our morning huddles at 6:45 and 8:45 AM. Our current full-time hygienist has decided to no longer practice full time hygiene to attend school in another unrelated field. Offering PTO, holidays, medical benefit. Our dental office is highly " optimal periodontal care oriented" and is looking for an hygienist that feels very comfortable discussing and successfully enrolling patients in optimal care. We offer state of the art equipment, intraoral cameras, large 50" TVs in every room, chair massage, top-of-the-line Cavitron equipment, new "Airflow" polishing for greater operatory comfort and far less hand stress, hygienist diode laser use (with training), new FIGS or Cherokee uniforms, new clinical footwear, etc. This position for the right candidate offers a high starting hourly wage and an active three month wage/production review and increasing wages as net production per paid hour reaches higher goals.
